anusara yoga

a bit of Friday inspiration from John Friend, the founder of Anusara yoga, whose workshop I am lucky to be attending this 4th of July weekend for the second year in a row.  Last year the workshop was in Paris and this year I will be heading to Zurich, which lucky for me, are both just a two hour train ride from here.  Saying that I am looking forward to a weekend of yoga would be a giant understatement, and it will definitely be the perfect way to start my last week of work before vacation.  Can you believe it is already JULY?!?!? madness!
